1.Services 
 
We are Petit and we own and operate the site. Our site facilitates a convenient way to shop online. Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website. 
 
We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time without providing any prior notification. The amended terms and conditions are effective from the date they are published on our site. Your continued access and use of our site and our services shall represent your unconditional acceptance of the latest version of the terms and conditions. 
 
2. Order 
 
2.1 With the selected items in your shopping cart, you may proceed to checkout by clicking the "Proceed to Check Out" button on the bottom of your shopping cart. If you would like to revise your items, please edit your order before pressing the "confirm" button."Customer Info "& the “Delivery Detail”. Once you complete the customer info and the delivery details, you may press the “Place Order” button. When you place an order,  you are making an offer to buy from us at the price stated. You cannot cancel an order once it has been submitted, even if our acceptance or rejection of your order is still pending. 
 
2.2  Once the order is received, you will receive an email. The confirmation will provide: 

  • Details of items you have ordered; 
  • Details of the price charged;and 
  • Information about the progress of your order and delivery information. 
 
This communication will be our acceptance of your order. You may track your order status online or with email. 
  
2.3  We reserve our right not to accept or cancel an order for any reasons at our sole discretion, including but not limited to: 

  • No sufficient stock to deliver the merchandise you have ordered; 
  • No delivery can be arranged for your area; or 
  • One or more of the merchandise you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a human or computer error.  
  
2.4 If we cancel your order we will notify you by email and will refund the order amount with your order payment method within thirty (30) days of your order.  We will not be obliged to offer any compensation.  
 
3. Payment 

3.1 Payments on Petit HK can be made by credit cards/ Paypal or Bank Transfer/ ATM. Payments will be settled in Hong Kong Dollars. 
 
3.2 Credit cards/ Paypal
  
We offer credit cards or PayPal account payment through payment. PayPal uses SSL technology and a series of security measures to protect your data and provide a secure online shopping experience. PayPal will never disclose your financial information, such as credit card and account numbers to us.  
  
3.3 Bank Transfer/ ATM 

We accept Bank Transfer or ATM. After the order has been placed, you must upload the photo of the bank receipt to the order confirmation page within 24 hours as final order confirmation. All orders without payment prove in 24 hours after the order has been placed will be canceled.

4. Delivery  
 
4.1 Standard Delivery Service 

Free standard delivery service for purchase over HK$500 (after discounts or/and coupons and discount codes). We reserve our rights to change the purchase amount for free deliveries at any time. Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong only, overseas delivery is currently not available. Delivery service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, the New Territories and Tung Chung. However, delivery to Discovery Bay and Ma Wan are not applicable for standard delivery service  . HK$70 will be charged if your order purchase is under HK$500.  
 
4.2 Remote Area Delivery Service  

Remote Area Delivery Service covers Discovery Bay and Ma Wan. Outlying islands are currently out of our service coverage area. Delivery fee is HK$180.  
 
4.3  Delivery Schedule  

Standard Delivery time is from Monday to Sunday, 9am-6pm (Monday to Friday only for commercial and industrial buildings) Normally, the estimated delivery time is 1-3 working days after the order is placed (working days only include Monday- Friday). Remote Area Delivery time is from Saturday to Sunday only. Normally, the estimated delivery is 5-8 working days. If the orders are placed on or before Wednesday, delivery can be arranged on that Saturday or Sunday.If there are any special promotions, or under the situation of overwhelming orders, the estimated delivery time may be delayed.  
 
When the order is ready for delivery, we will contact you through email or message. Our delivery team will also contact you on the day of delivery through phone to confirm the delivery time. If there is an unsuccessful delivery, we will try to deliver at another designated delivery time. We reserve the right to charge an extra fee under this situation. 
  
4.4  Delivery Address Changes  

If there are any changes in your delivery address, you need to notify us within 12 hours after your order.  
  
4.5 There will be no deliveries on public holidays, when typhoon warning signal No.8 or above or black rainstorm warning is hoisted or under any weather conditions, we think that will cause dangers on deliveries.   
 
5. Order Cancelation  
 
5.1 Order cannot be changed or canceled once it is placed. 
 
5.2 Out of Stock

We use all endeavors to ensure the supplies of products listed on the site. If any products cannot be provided to customers since it is out of stock, we will contact the customer and try to replace by similar products. Otherwise, the product will be deleted from the order and the bill will be adjusted accordingly.  
 
5.3 Orders Confirmation 

All orders are subject to final confirmation based on the stocks of related products. If we cannot provide any of the ordered products or services, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If we cannot provide any of the ordered products, we will contact you through phone call or email before delivery. 
  
5.4 Promotional Items, Gifts and Redemption Items 

The quantity of all promotional items, gifts and redemption items are limited. We will end the promotion or redemption once the item is out of stock. If any of these items are out of stock, there will be no replacement and no further notice. 
 
6. Returns or Exchanges 
 
6.1 7 Days Exchange Policy 

Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 7 days (Include Sunday and Public Holidays)   if the merchandise you ordered are faulty, defective or damaged, or the merchandise is not what you ordered, or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity. provided that: 
  
  • Provide Images of the received merchandise; 
  • Keep the order reciept and packaging ; 
  • The merchandise that require exchange are not used and are kept at original state. 
 
We will follow up as an independent case before arranging the exchange.  We reserve the right to reject all unreasonable exchange or return requests and reserve the right to make the final decision on the above terms. 
 
While Petit has endeavoured to ensure the accuracy of the information accessed via the Website, we do not guarantee or give any warranty as to the accuracy, timeliness or completeness of any information or material on the Website. 
 
Petit reserves the right to make amendments to these terms and conditions at its absolute discretion without any prior notice to you. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
